Director's Review

Section 150 Section 150.570  Director's Review A sworn officer who received discipline other than suspension as outlined in Section 150.520 (b) and (c) of this Part may within ten (10) days submit a written appeal for review to the Director.  The Director shall sustain, reduce or reverse such action.
