Pension Credit for Unused Sick Leave

Section 1540 Section 1540.130  Pension Credit for Unused Sick Leave a)         Credit for sick leave shall be determined on the basis of a 260-day work year. b)         All unused sick days for which the employee receives credit shall be certified by the last employer responsible for maintaining a sick leave record for the employee.
