Section 1600 Section 1600.610  Invalid Orders An order failing to satisfy all the applicable requirements under Section 1600.605 shall be invalid and shall not cause the member's benefits to be divided or reduced absent the submission of a new order satisfying those requirements.  The new order shall not be treated as a modified order under Section 1600.620 and shall not be implemented retroactively.
