Section 1650.3000  Summary and Purpose This Subpart P implements the provisions of Public Act 96-6 to ensure investment transparency and objective consideration of potential investment managers and consultants, as authorized by the Illinois Pension Code [40 ILCS 5/1-113.14]. Procurement of all investment services by the Teachers' Retirement System of the State of Illinois is conducted in accordance with the competitive selection procedures set forth in this Subpart.
