Stipulations

Section 1.226  Stipulations The parties to any proceeding may, by stipulation in writing filed with the Commission or entered orally in the record, agree upon the facts or any part of the facts involved in the proceeding. It is the policy of the Commission to encourage stipulations of fact whenever practicable.
