Role of the Department/Plan Administrator

Section 2110 Section 2110.110  Role of the Department/Plan Administrator a)         The Plan shall be administered by the Plan Administrator. b)         The Department reserves the right to enter into agreements with other agencies to delegate various record keeping and other administrative functions to the employing agencies of Participants. c)         It shall be a principal duty of the Department to see that the Plan is carried out for the exclusive benefit of persons entitled to participate in the Plan without discrimination among them.
