Section 2110 Section 2110.620  Fraud In the event a Participant knowingly supplies the Department or Plan Administrator with false information or knowingly files a claim that is not qualified for Reimbursement, the Department or Plan Administrator shall exclude the Participant from further participation in the Plan for all subsequent Plan Years.
