Section 2160 Section 2160.120  Purpose The purpose of the Program is to provide health benefits to Employees, Annuitants and Dependents of Qualified Units of Local Government [5 ILCS 375/3(s) and 10(i)], Qualified Rehabilitation Facilities [5 ILCS 375/3(t) and 10(j)], Qualified Domestic Violence Shelters and Services [5 ILCS 375/3(u) and 10(k)], and Qualified Child Advocacy Centers [5 ILCS 375/3(bb) and 375/10(n)].
