Responsibilities of the Board
The responsibilities of the
Board shall consist of the following:
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â annually review material to be distributed to the Units;
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â advise the Department concerning any modifications needed to
improve the administration of the Plan;
c)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â review rate setting methodologies;
d)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â hear medical necessity appeals and make recommendations to the
Director, as provided in Section 2160.420.
