Dependent Premiums
Section 2200.540Â Dependent Premiums
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Annuitants,
Retired Employees and Survivors shall be required to pay premiums for any
elected dependent coverage in an amount equal to the premiums charged to active
employees for elected dependent coverage.
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Premiums
charged for elected dependent coverage shall be in addition to any premiums due
under Sections 2200.520 and 2200.530.
