Conflicting Provisions

Section 2210.160  Conflicting Provisions If any provision of this Part conflicts with a provision of the Act, the terms of the Act shall control. If any provision of this Part conflicts with a provision of the Benefits Handbook or other publication issued by the Agency, the terms of this Part shall control.
