Requirements
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The Director shall
design the TRAIL Program to be reasonably comparable in overall stability and
continuity of coverage, care, and services to the Basic Health Plan.
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The Director may make
the TRAIL Program available to eligible Medicare-primary Members through a
contract or contracts with one or more vendors.
