Premium Contributions

Section 2210.640  Premium Contributions a)         Member and State contributions toward the monthly premium cost for elected coverage shall be in accordance with 80 Ill. Adm. Code 2200 (State Employees Group Insurance Program Retiree Premium Contributions). b)         The Agency shall annually determine the amount of monthly contributions to be made by Members toward the cost of Dependent coverage for each plan offered through the TRAIL Program. c)         The Agency shall annually determine the amount of monthly contributions to be made by Members toward the cost of any dental coverage elected by the Member.
