Demotion of Other Employees

Section 302 Section 302.497  Demotion of Other Employees The Director may approve the demotion of probationary employees.  Notice of such demotion shall be served on the employee by the Director, in typical forms of communication used to most effectively reach that employee, such as, but not limited to, personal delivery, email, mail, certified mail, or other applicable or relevant methods.
