Section 302.590Â Removal of
Reemployment Eligibility
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â A laid off employee shall no longer be eligible for
reemployment when:
1)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The employee is recalled from layoff;
2)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The employee refuses an offer of permanent reemployment;
3)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The employee has not been recalled for reemployment within 36
months;
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Offers of temporary, exempt or emergency appointment shall not
be considered as recall.
