Section 302.680Â Notice to
Employee
Notice of approved charges for a
disciplinary suspension totaling more than 30 days in any 12 month period shall
be served on a certified employee by the Director, in typical forms of
communication used to most effectively reach that employee, such as, but not
limited to, personal delivery, email, mail, certified mail, or other applicable
or relevant methods.
