Section 302 Section 302.700  Cause for Discharge Cause for discharge consists of repeated or serious misconduct, willful disobedience or insubordination, gross and habitual neglect of duties, fraud or willful breach of trust, loss of confidence, a commission of a crime or offense, or other similar conduct that creates a reasonable basis for the employee to no longer hold the position.
