Positions Subject to Term Appointments

Section 302 Section 302.810  Positions Subject to Term Appointments All positions not covered by a collective bargaining agreement and not subject to Section 4d(1), (2), (3) and (6) of the Personnel Code [20 ILCS 415/4d(1), (2), (3) and (6) ] on or above merit system grade MS-32 or its equivalent shall be subject to term appointments; except for all positions required by receipt of federal funds to not be subject to a term .
