Leave for Military Physical Examinations

Section 303 Section 303.171  Leave for Military Physical Examinations Any permanent employee drafted into military service shall be allowed up to three days leave with pay to take a physical examination required by such draft.  Upon request, the employee must provide the employing agency with certification by a responsible authority that the period of leave was actually used for such purpose.
