Repayment of Benefit Time

Section 303 Section 303.385  Repayment of Benefit Time An employee who returns to employment in any capacity with the same agency within 30 days after termination of previous employment must, as a condition of employment, repay the lump sum amount paid for accrued vacation, overtime and sick leave within 30 days after employment commences. The amount repaid shall be deposited into the fund from which the payment was made or the General Revenue Fund. Upon repayment, the leave time shall be credited to the account of the employee.
