Section 305 Section 305.120  Extends Jurisdiction A, B & C (May 1, 1972) Technical and engineering positions hitherto exempt by virtue of the provisions of Section 4c(12) of the Personnel Code and among those specified in Public Act 77-246 in the Division of Real Estate and the Engineering Section of the Telecommunications Division of the Department of General Services.
