Extends Jurisdiction A, B and C (December 1, 1998)

Section 305 Section 305.210  Extends Jurisdiction A, B and C (December 1, 1998) Effective December 1, 1998, Jurisdiction A, B and C of the Personnel Code will be extended to all current Military Security Guard I and II employees in the Department of Military Affairs.  Employees of these positions serving prior to December 1, 1998 will be required to qualify within six months in the same kind of examination as those required for entrance examinations for comparable positions.  All appointments subsequent to December 1, 1998 will be made pursuant to provisions of the Illinois Personnel Code and Rules of the Department of Central Management Services.
