Interpretation and Application of Pay Plan

Section 310 Section 310.120  Interpretation and Application of Pay Plan The Director of Central Management Services shall determine the proper interpretation and application of each provision of the Plan.  The decision of the Director as to the proper interpretation or application of any such provision shall be final and binding upon all agencies and employees affected thereby, and all agencies and employees shall comply with the Director's decision, in the absence of a written opinion of the Attorney General or a written directive of the Civil Service Commission or a court order declaring the Director's decision to be unlawful.
