Compensation Salary Schedule
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The
Merit Compensation Salary Schedule attached at the end of the Pay Plan as
Appendix D is hereby made a part of the Merit Compensation System.
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The
Salary Schedule shall consist of a series of salary ranges, each composed of a
minimum and maximum rate.
