Fiscal Year 2023 Merit Compensation Cost-of-Living Adjustment

Section 310 Section 310.550  Fiscal Year 2023 Merit Compensation Cost-of-Living Adjustment Effective July 1, 2022, each current merit compensation (includes broad-band) State employee shall receive a 3.95% cost-of-living adjustment to the employee's base salary.  No temporary, emergency or provisional employee shall receive the cost-of-living adjustment.  The Department will program the cost-of-living adjustment automatically.  No agency action will be required.
