Purpose

Section 332.1  Purpose This Part governs the operation of plans allowing time off with pay for State employees who donate an organ, bone marrow, blood, or blood platelets.  This Part does not apply to time off taken for the purpose of preliminary compatibility testing and/or screening for organ or bone marrow transplant.
