Section 410.100Â Allocation
Appeal
If, after reconsideration as
provided in this Part, an employee is still in disagreement with the decision
of the Director of Personnel upon the allocation of his/her position, he/she
shall have the right to appeal to the Merit Commission as provided in the
Secretary of State Merit Employment Code and this Part.
