Section 410.40 Salary and
Wage Relationships
Salary ranges, salary rates and
rates of pay for all positions and classes subject to this Position
Classification Plan shall be as provided for in the Pay Plan of the office of
the Secretary of State. Such salary and wage ranges and rates of pay shall be
as determined by the Director of Personnel to assure proper relationships with
the competitive labor market consistent with the needs of the Office of the
Secretary of State.
