Section 50 Section 50.140  Administrative Review When the Commission renders a final decision any party affected thereby is entitled to have such decision reviewed by the Circuit Court under the "Code of Civil Procedure" (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1981, ch. 110, par. 3-101 et seq.) by filing a complaint and causing the issuance of summons on the administrative agency and on each of the other defendants within 35 calendar days from the date that a copy of such decision sought to be reviewed was served upon him/her.
