Section 620 Section 620.1320  Appeal by Employee A certified employee who has been served with approved charges for suspension in excess of thirty (30) days or discharge may appeal to the Personnel Review Board, provided the appeal is made in writing within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the approved charges.
