Section 411 Section 411.170  Exclusions The service reliability targets in this Part shall not apply to customers served under a Commission approved tariff or contract, or contract for competitive services as defined in Section 16-102 of the Act [220 ILCS 5/16-102], that specifies levels of service reliability different from the service reliability  targets in this Part.
