Election to Public Office

Section 630 Section 630.310  Election to Public Office Employees who are elected to public office shall, upon request, be granted a leave of absence without pay for so long as they remain elected public officers and they shall be returned to the same position from which they were on leave or a comparable position providing they so request within thirty (30) calendar days following termination of their elected offices.
