Section 1327.100  Purpose and Authorization The Department establishes this Part to exercise its responsibility to adopt rules defining the grant process and criteria for issuing grants to defray or offset nonrecurring costs associated with 9-1-1 system consolidation of systems outside of a municipality with a population in excess of 500,000 [50 ILCS 750/15.4b].
