Intergovernmental Agreement

Section 1329.640  Intergovernmental Agreement Section 75 of the Act permits the Department to enter into an intergovernmental agreement with the Commission for assistance in carrying out its duties.  The agreement may provide for funding for the Commission.  Any assistance provided by the Commission under the agreement shall be compensated through the Department from the Fund, as agreed between the Department and the Commission.  Consideration under the agreement may include services provided by employees of either agency to the other agency.
