Confidentiality of Alternative Retail Electric Supplier (ARES) Information

Section 450 Section 450.90  Confidentiality of Alternative Retail Electric Supplier (ARES) Information Electric utilities shall treat all information obtained from an ARES as confidential information, and shall not provide such information to its affiliated interests or to unaffiliated entities unless the alternative retail electric supplier provides authorization to do so.
