Section 451.150  Commission Order in Proceedings under Subpart B The Commission shall issue an order granting or denying an application filed under this Subpart B within 45 days after the date on which a complete application has been filed with the Commission and notice of the application's filing is published in the Official State Newspaper as provided by the Notice by Publication Act [715 ILCS 5].
