Tying

Section 452 Section 452.120  Tying No electric utility shall tie, as defined by State and federal anti-trust laws: a)         the provision of any delivery services to the taking of any goods and services from the electric utility's generation function; or b)         the provision of any mandatory generation service to the taking of any other product or service offered by the utility.
