Cross-Subsidization

Section 452 Section 452.300  Cross-Subsidization No Integrated Distribution Company shall use public utility business to subsidize non-public utility business. Accordingly, the IDC shall comply with the requirements of the Commission's rules regarding accounting for non-public utility business of electric utilities (83 Ill. Adm. Code 416), the Uniform System of Accounts (83 Ill. Adm. Code 415), and orders of the Commission under Section 7-102 of the Act [220 ILCS 5/7-102] as may be applicable.
