Maintenance of Records

Section 462.100  Maintenance of Records The applicant or certificate holder shall agree to adopt and follow rules and procedures ensuring that documentation regarding installations is retained for a period of not less than 3 calendar years after the calendar year in which it was created. These records shall be made available to the Commission, upon request, on a confidential and proprietary basis.
