Certifications Conditioned Upon Compliance

Section 468.70  Certifications Conditioned Upon Compliance Each certification issued to an applicant is conditioned upon compliance with the provisions of this Part and Sections 16-128(a) and 16-128A of the Act.  Violation of this Part or the Act make the certificate holder subject to penalties, including suspension, revocation, fines or a combination of sanctions.
