Failure to Comply

Section 470.260  Failure to Comply Unless otherwise noted, a violation of this Part shall be subject to the fines and penalties set forth in the PUA, including Section 16-115B(b), applicable to RES, and Sections 5-202 and 5-203, applicable to public utilities, including electric delivery utilities.
