Section 505 Section 505.390  General Instruction 18 In General Instruction 18, "Comprehensive Interperiod Income Tax Allocation," in Paragraph B, the phrase "regulatory authority having rate jurisdiction over the utility" is deleted and replaced by the word "Commission."
