Section 590.20  Submission of Federal Reports to the Commission Each person who engages in the transportation of gas or who owns or operates pipeline facilities shall file with the Commission any report filed with the federal Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration pursuant to 49 CFR 191.11, 191.13, 191.17, and 191.25, except that reports otherwise required to be filed with the Commission under this Section that pertain only to the downhole portion of an "underground natural gas storage facility", as that term is defined in 49 CFR 192.3 as of April 29, 2021, need not be filed with the Commission.
