Emergency Telephone Number

Section 600 Section 600.250  Emergency Telephone Number a)         In addition to a toll free phone number available during normal working hours, each utility shall maintain a toll free number available 24 hours a day for emergency situations.  Said numbers shall be published in the telephone directory in each area served by the utility. b)         Within 30 days from the effective date of this Part each utility shall notify the Commission Water Engineering Staff of such numbers and promptly advise said staff of any changes in the numbers.  In cases where the numbers are changed the utility shall notify its customers in printing.  Said notice may accompany the next regular billing.
