Section 600 Section 600.310  Test and Allowable Error a)         The accuracy of a water meter shall be tested by comparing the actual amount of water passing through it with the amount indicated on the dial. b)         The test shall be conducted in accordance with the standards for testing Cold Water Meters as prescribed by the American Water Works Association (AWWA C705-60) with quantities and flows for positive displacement meters as follows: TEST FLOWS (G.P.M.) & QUANTITY MINIMUM INTERMEDIATE MAXIMUM Size of Flow QUANTITY FLOW QUANTITY FLOW QUANTITY meter G.P.M.
