Classification of companies

Section 710 Section 710.11  Classification of companies a)         In Section 32.11(a), delete existing language and replace with "For purposes of this Section, the term "company'' or "companies'' means telecommunications carriers as defined in Section 13-202 of the Public Utilities Act". b)         In Section 32.11(e), delete "upon the submission of a written notification to the Commission".
