Application of Part
Section 725.100 Application of Part
This Part shall apply to all 9-1-1 system providers
and telecommunications carriers in the State of Illinois except to the extent
of any exemptions conferred by law. This Part does not apply to a cellular or
other mobile communication carrier as defined in Section 10 of the Wireless
Emergency Telephone Safety Act [50 ILCS 751/10].
