Section 731.700  Applicability of Subpart G The provisions of Subpart G are applicable to all Level 3 carriers. Subparts B, C, D, E, and F of this Part shall not apply to LECs with rural exemptions pursuant to section 251(f) of the federal Telecommunications Act.
