Section 731.805 Types of Service Covered by and
Exemption from Certain Subparts
Services Covered. Level 4 carriers shall be subject to the
wholesale service quality standards as provided in this Subpart for the
following services, to the extent the carriers offer or provide the service:
a) Customer
service record;
b) Unbundled
loop return; and
c) Loss
notification.
