Refunds of Additional Charges

Section 735 Section 735.121  Refunds of Additional Charges In the event that the Commission orders a telecommunications carrier to refund incorrectly calculated additional charges made pursuant to Section 9-221 or Section 9-222 of the Public Utilities Act, the telecommunications carrier shall pay interest on such refund at the rate established by the Commission to be paid on deposits in 83 Ill. Adm. 735.120(h)(1).
